Methods of Communication

As a group we suggested several ways to keep in contact, so we could maintain group organization. This would enable each team member to know what the other team members were doing and would let them know what they were supposed to be doing. Communication and time management are key to the team's success. We all agreed that if we all kept in contact with one another we would thus avoid becoming behind schedule.

We exchanged mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses so that we could communicate with each-other when we were not in college together. We also utilised two main online chatting software: MSN & Skype. MSN can be used for instant messaging and file sharing. Skype Can be used for live voice & video chats or group voice lobbies. It is also handy for showing work on your own display with the share video function to other team members.

We also occasionally used Facebook as a means of communication as well as the Xbox Live Party Chat function to suggest ideas and inform others of the plan of action.
